Effective June 30, 2017, Regent Group, Inc. (d/b/a Encore Marketing International) ceased business operations.

By notice published at this site nine months ago, we announced the discontinuance of our membership programs. At that time, membership fee billing ceased, all memberships were cancelled upon expiration of the then-current membership term and benefit access and privileges came to an end.

Since that time we have maintained each program toll free customer service line. We now announce that the final day our customer service line will be accepting calls will be September 30, 2017. Thereafter, any inquiries can be addressed and mailed to the attention of Regent/Encore Service Administrator, PO Box 256 Lanham, MD 20706.
